Conducting a competitive analysis helps you improve your organisation’s market position against its competitors.

Questions to ask yourself:

  • Have I built an understanding of the alternative strategies at play with my organisation’s competitors?

  • Have I identified and can I articulate the strategies through which my organisation’s competitors hope to win more business?

  • Have I identified the competing value propositions that each competitor, and my own organisation, offers?
