It’s important that you don’t take conflicts with stakeholders personally. Conflicts arise naturally and you must proactively deal with them.
Questions to ask yourself:

Am I experiencing tension with another team or key individuals?

Have I undertaken a quick “needs/situation analysis” by asking what kind of conflict is this? Is it a clash or misalignment of interests? Is it someone’s unmet needs? Is it a clash of ideologies and beliefs? Is it because we all have different styles, standards or values?
